| All Our Flags Feature |
Strong White Canvas Headers
The header gives the flag its strength,, we use a 2-ply polyester
canvas that is double folded and then stitched twice with a lock
stitch that gives our flags the longest life possible. Our flags are
made right here in the good old USA using American labor to build a
better tomorrow.
Brass Grommets
Many of our competitors use cheap tin grommets with a brass coating,
we use #2 US Brass grommets. Not only does it provide a no rust
finish, when you feel it you know that it is American Made Quality
Reinforced Fly End
The life of a flag is in its stitching, we use 4 rows of lock
stitching at the fly end of every flag we make, lock stitching not
only last longer then chain stitching, it also helps prevent our
high quality flags from fraying long after our competitors needed
replacing.
Aniline Dye Process
This process duplicates complex emblems with exacting accuracy in
brilliant, fast colors. Authentic seals and designs are always in
correct proportion to the flag size.
